Demisemiquavers are worth half of a semiquaver or in other words, one eighth of a crotchet. They are shown with three beams across the stems.


Notice also how the demisemiquaver rests look in the third beat.
Demisemiquavers are usually grouped in beats with other notes (e.g. the quaver in the 1st beat above), but some composers will group them, four at a time if there seem to be getting too many in a line and it becomes difficult to see where the beats are.
